I just wanted to thank Palmer Electrical for the service they provided and effectively diagnosing the problems occurring in the house and fixing them in a timely, cost effective manner. For making room in the schedule and come out the next day , first thing in the morning and on time. Claudia and Steve were awesome, professional and good natured . Thank you very much.

On June 14th we called Palmer Electric because we had a commercial electric meter that had gone bad and was causing power outages.   We had never dealt with Palmer Electric in the past. However, Claudia responded to our emergency immediately.  She sent Steve to our location to look at the situation and determine what was needed to fix the issue.By 8 a.m. on the 15th, Claudia had called in the emergency to National Grid, had our power turned off at the road...Steve came and changed out the meter box, and fixed all the issues that needed fixing.  They had the City of Syracuse Inspector on site to inspect the work, and National Grid back to get the power turned back on.   We were back in business by 1:30 in the afternoon.They were fast, very friendly, very knowledgeable.  They got things done quickly and cleaned up nicely.  We were pleasantly surprised and very grateful for their quick, friendly, and professional service.  Will definitely call them again for any of our electrical needs!  Would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical service.

Palmer was a good experience.  My electrician Steve was professional and experienced. He diagnosed my electrical issue quickly and walked me through the process as he fixed my issue.  High recommend

I got into a kitchen rehab project and ran into a complicated wiring issue while swapping out a standard outlet with a GFCI, on a Sunday afternoon, of course. I called a “24 hour” electrician over 5 hours ago (and again 3 1/2 hours ago) and still no call back. I called Palmer Electric and got a call back in under 15 minutes. Brian showed up when he promised, quickly sized up the problem, and wasted no time in fixing the problem! AWESOME Brian - thank you Palmer Electric!!!P.S.: that first company I called? I STILL haven’t heard from them! Now I know some people would say, “The courtesy thing to do would be to call them back and cancel the service request.”  WRONG!! Courtesy begets courtesy, and a lack thereof deserves a lack thereof!!!Keep up the good work, Palmer! I have more projects coming your way!

We were very happy with the service we received from Palmer Electric.It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment, and the replacement they did of our smoke detectors was timely and thorough.Their price was very reasonable, as well.We would highly recommend Palmer Electric.
